The Story of Malee House

Malee House is more than a land surveying company—it’s a personal mission turned into a pioneering venture by Er. Aachal Vikas Mali, a visionary civil engineer with a background in science, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s in Construction Management.

Starting his professional journey as a college lecturer in survey engineering, Aachal didn’t just teach the subject—he lived it. His curiosity led him to practical experimentation, which soon transformed into full-fledged consultancy work. Balancing teaching and fieldwork, he recognized the urgent need for quality-driven, tech-enabled survey solutions.

On January 30, 2017 (Ganesh Jayanti), Malee House was founded. From a single Total Station at home, it has evolved into a technology-first, multi-departmental enterprise with hundreds of successful projects, including some of the region’s first LiDAR- and drone-based surveys. Today, Malee House stands as a benchmark in the field of land surveying—respected for its innovation, reliability, and precision.
